1. Eligibility

1.1. The referral program is available exclusively to current parents whose children are already enrolled in football or basketball lessons at Galaxy Sports Asia. To qualify, their child must have enrolled and paid for at least 6 lessons. For example, if a parent enrolls their child midway through a term for at least 6 remaining lessons, they are eligible to participate in the referral program.
1.2. Referrals must be new customers who have not previously attended any lessons or programs at Galaxy Sports Asia.

2. Free Trial Lesson

​

2.1. The referred friend will receive one free trial lesson, subject to availability and prior booking.
2.2. The free trial lesson must be booked within 30 days of the referral being initiated.

3. Successful Referral Definition

​

3.1. A referral is considered successful when the referred parent:

• Books at least 6 lessons for their child within 30 days of completing the free trial.

• Makes full payment for the 6 lessons prior to commencing the program.

3.2. Partial bookings, cancellations, or incomplete payments will not be counted as successful referrals.

4. Discounts

​

4.1. For Referred Parents:

• Referred parents will receive a 10% discount on their first purchase of at least 6 lessons.

• This discount applies only to the first purchase and cannot be combined with other offers.

4.2. For Referring Parents:

• Referring parents will receive a 20% discount on their next purchase after a successful referral.

• The discount is valid only for the term immediately following the referral.

• Discounts are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or other services.

• If the referring parent does not register for the next term, the discount will be forfeited.

5. WhatsApp Group Rules

​

5.1. The referring parent must create a WhatsApp group that includes the referred parents and admin from Galaxy Sports Asia.
5.2. The group must be used solely for introducing the program and discussing football lessons. Misuse of the group, including spam or unrelated activities, may lead to disqualification from the program.

6. Discount Redemption

​

6.1. All discounts must be used during the next scheduled term.
6.2. Discounts cannot be transferred to another parent, child, or future term beyond the next one.
6.3. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases.

7. Program Duration and Availability

​

7.1. The referral program is ongoing, but Galaxy Sports Asia reserves the right to modify or terminate the program at any time without prior notice.
7.2. In the event of program termination, any pending rewards will still be honored for referrals completed prior to the termination date.

8. General Conditions

​

8.1. Galaxy Sports Asia reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants and disqualify anyone found to be in violation of the terms and conditions.
8.2. Any disputes arising from the referral program will be resolved at the sole discretion of Galaxy Sports Asia.
8.3. By participating in the program, all participants agree to these terms and conditions.

FAQs

​

Q: Can I refer more than one friend?
A: Absolutely! You’ll receive a separate 20% discount for each successful referral, so if you refer 3 friends and they sign up you will recieve 60% discount for the next term!

Q: What happens if my referred friend doesn’t sign up?
A: If your referred friend doesn’t sign up for at least 6 lessons, the referral won’t count, and no discounts will be issued.

​

Q: Can I use my discount for something other than lessons?
A: No, discounts are only valid for football lesson fees and cannot be applied to merchandise or other services.
